When will pricing be announced?
Pricing will be finalized and announced 2–3 weeks before we transition from beta to general availability. Beta participants will receive advance notice and special launch pricing.
Will beta users get a discount?
Yes! Beta participants who provide feedback will receive exclusive early-adopter benefits and preferential pricing when we launch.
What qualifies for Academic pricing?
Academic pricing will be for non-profit educational and research institutions. Institutional emails (.edu, .ac.uk, .edu.au) will be automatically verified. Full details will be announced when pricing launches.
What qualifies for Industry pricing?
Industry pricing will be for pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, CROs, and for-profit research organizations. Details will be announced after beta.
Can I switch from Academic to Industry pricing?
If your situation changes (e.g., moving from academia to industry), contact us at hello@protocolfoundry.io to update your account.
What happens when I hit my monthly conversion limit?
You’ll receive a notification when approaching your limit. During beta you receive 10 conversions per month. You can contact us if you need higher limits for your research team.
