PDF only for now. Maximum 20 MB per file. We’re focused on doing PDF-to-Word conversion exceptionally well before expanding to other input formats.
How accurate is the conversion?
90%+ for standard lab protocols. Our built-in QA flags help you review anything that needs attention, so you always know where to double-check.
Is my data secure?
Yes. SOC 2 Type II compliance is in progress. All uploaded files are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Can I customize the output templates?
Coming soon in our next release. Currently, documents are output in a clean, standard lab protocol format.
What about handwritten notes or scanned protocols?
OCR support is coming in our next release. Currently, we support text-based PDFs.
